Governmental Certificates of Compliance
Employers with a total of over 50 U.S. based employees who have a contract
with the federal government worth $50,000 or more are required to annually
prepare a corporate Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) and a plan for each U.S.
location with over 50 employees. The development of your AAPs and related reports
can be a complex and time consuming process, but one that must be fulfilled
as a condition of doing business with the federal government. Working with
you, The Human Resource Department (THRD) can produce your annual AAPs, EEO-1
Reports and VETS-100 Reports, in full compliance with Executive Order (EO)
11246 and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations.
In addition, THRD can prepare Certificates of Compliance often required of
employers by governmental authorities.
THRD is a human resource project outsourcing company with in-depth expertise
in EEO/AA compliance. We will:
customize your AAPs for each of your locations,
meet with you to
review project components and collect employment data,
obtain U.S. census
data for your locations, prepare the required analyses and identify problem
areas,
summarize any female and/or minority underepresentation and review
employment policies and practices,
finalize the plans including the narrative
sections, impact analysis and statistical reports,
meet with key personnel
to review the plans, methods for communication to the management team and
any required changes to employment policies and practices, and
help you develop
a process for on-going administration of the plans (i.e. semi-annual updates,
information to be collected during the plan year, preparing for the next
plan year).

Our work will be timely with a high priority on attention to detail. If there
should be inquiries from your own executives or your customers, we will be
there to help clarify and answer questions. If there should be an OFCCP compliance
audit we will be available to assist. We will make the project of completing
your AAPs, EEO-1 and VETS 100 Reports and Certificates of Compliance as simple
and timely as possible and we consider it an ongoing process.
