Employee Dispute Resolution

Even in the most cohesive and smooth running organizations, conflict will arise in day-to-day operations and decision making. The conflict may be between employees or between employees and management. Given the increased stress of today's workplace, they are common and have given birth to a new term "office rage". These conflicts or confrontations are extremely disruptive, squander time and resources, with the costs rising as the problem continues – lost productivity, costly resignations, legal fees, litigation and liability for the employer.
