(THRD) is outsourced recruitment project management. We work with you just
as if you had a recruiting professional right down the hall. We are able to
assist you in recruiting executives, executive directors, managers, supervisors
and professional staff in any functional area. We can manage large or small
recruitment assignments. We manage recruitment projects nationwide for profit
and non-profit employers.

We work closely with you and your selection team throughout the entire project,
from thorough definition of the position specifications to payroll start date.

Thorough determination of position specifications. In-depth consultation
produces ideal candidate specifications and profile. Market salary data is
also available.
Innovative candidate sourcing through carefully selected
internet job boards and/or print media.
Resume and candidate review and
screening based upon agreed upon specifications. Telephone screen and qualify
those candidates who appear to be qualified. Conduct first round of interviews
at your location or ours. Coordinate second and third round of interviews
with your selection team.
Finalist candidates presented with written profiles
and comparative candidate data.
Facilitate comparison meetings of your
selection team.
Assistance with reference checking, candidate assessment,
and job offer negotiations.
Continued support and ongoing communications
to you and your candidates from acceptance date through payroll start date.
Frequent
communications throughout the project, including regular progress reports.
The THRD fee structure is a "pay-as-you-go." You will be invoiced
monthly for time incurred on an hourly basis until the project is complete.
We are not "retained," so there are no up-front fees. We are not
a search firm and do not do outbound headhunting. Our clients find that the
total THRD recruitment fees are typically half of what they would have to a
