A large and prestigious Ohio library with a broad circulation base engaged THRD's expertise for a number of its key HR initiatives. The organization had experienced growth, but their HR needs were driven by a change in the library's business model and customer delivery systems. Going through a significant organizational change can present a variety of challenges, and our client wanted to make sure that they would continue to be competitive both externally and internally so that they could continue to recruit and retain qualified employees. In addition to establishing competitive pay levels, we also worked with the client to design a salary grade\range structure that would meet the need to recruit, maintain and develop their people and support organizational goals.
